A “Student of the Month” program is important in school.
A “Student of the Month” program is important because it publicly recognizes and celebrates a student’s achievements in academics, character, leadership, or other areas, which can significantly boost their self-esteem, motivate them to continue striving, and inspire other students to do the same by highlighting positive behaviors and accomplishments within the school community.
Honest, trustworthy, and respectful. Polite and respectful towards other students, staff, volunteers and all guests and visitors. Uses kind and positive words. Listens to the speaker
A “Student of the Month” is an award given to a student each month who demonstrates exceptional qualities in areas like academic achievement, positive behavior, leadership, citizenship, and overall contribution to the school community, essentially highlighting a student who is considered a role model among their peers.
The student of the month demonstrates excellent behavior inside and outside the classroom, is well-mannered, and respectful to peers and teachers
Implementing a student of the week/month system in your classroom or school is an excellent way to reward students for setting a good example, meeting expectations, and demonstrating good behavior.
